This Receipt must be produced at the time of collecting the equipment. If the same is lost/misplaced than F.I.R. required as proof.

In case of physical damage, any part of the gadget that is intermittently working may stop functioning during the process of diagnosing or repair. In such case, Complete Mac Solutions will not be liable of returning the gadget exactly in the same position as it was received, although we do not interfere with non-faulty parts. We will ensure that you are informed about upcoming issues if we discover them.

If the customer declines to have the device repaired after technician reaches at the doorstep of the customer or device is picked by Complete Mac Solutions and brought to our lab, INR 500 will be charged on customer towards our diagnosis and logistics service.

The customer fully authorizes Complete Mac Solutions regarding all software/licenses validity/originality that the customer poses on its device. So, you are advised to keep all the original CDs/Licenses.

If a gadget comes to us with No Power/No Display/Non-functional condition, Complete Mac Solutions technician will revert only after doing complete diagnosis of the non-functional parts and inform you about additional costs it may incur.

Our estimated charges are only approximate based on initial inspection Carried out. If the during process of repairs, additional Spares are found necessary they will be charged extra. No fresh approval will be taken for such additional Spares Used Up to 20% in excess Estimated Amount.

Acceptance of the equipment and Completion of the job are subject to the availability of Spares. If the equipment cannot be repaired due to non-availability of Spare, the equipment will be returned to the Customer “As is where” Condition is after charging the inspection charges.

Accessories are accepted under owner risk, and the company shall not responsible for the accessories not recorded in the receipt.

Not warranty is extended for Serviced equipment beyond 90 days & the warranty is only for the replaced part.

Company assumes no responsibility Whatsoever if the equipment is not collected with in 5 days from the date of intimation.

This equipment has been accepted for service subject to internal verification. Should we find the equipment have been tampered, misused, components removed the equipment will be returned without repairs and the same will be intimated to the customer within reasonable time.

For products with Hard Disk Drives (HDD), iPhone, iPad, iPod, in Case you have any confidential Data, you are requested to take data back up and remove the same before Submit to Service Centre. Company does not guarantee of its contents.

“Confidentially of personal information provided by you will be maintained and will be disclosed only where Legal Process requires disclose”.

For visits required during our warranty period, customers have to pay INR 500 as our visiting charges.

Software’s installation, Service charges are NON-REFUNDABLE one paid for, by the customer.

By accepting the Service Report, it is deemed that the Customer agrees to all the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Service Report.
